Shipping & Delivery

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Frontier Labs does not charge any handling fees however the courier company selected at checkout may charge a handling fee however these will be included in the quote. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. Shipping insurance can be purchased at the checkout however if you chose not to purchase insurance then your package will be dispatched at your own risk. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected and special care is taken to protect any fragile items.

Privacy & Security

Frontier Labs respects privacy of Internet Users and does not collect personally identifying information without the Internet User's permission. We don't sell any information to anyone neither do we not sell or exchange email addresses with third parties.

We have ensured the privacy and security of your transactions with us. Your credit card information and other data given during the order process will be guarded with the highest levels of security and confidentiality.

Information provided while placing an order will be handled according to the policy in effect at the time of the order. From time to time we may change our policies, and any such changes will be reflected in these policy statements. Concerned customers should review these statements for changes when revisiting the site.

Returns & Replacements

We offer a 12 month replacement guarantee on all our products. If you have recieved a faulty or malfunctioning product please contact us and we will arrange return shipping and a replacement to be sent out to you as soon as possible.

We also offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on our bioacoustic recorders so you can trial them rist free. If you're not 100% satisfied with your recorder you can return it to us for a full refund.


Ordering online is safe and simple. Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Lead times for the BAR recorders may be up to 4 weeks depending on manufacturing schedules.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept all major credit cards as payment through a secure online payment gateway. We also accept payment via direct bank deposit. Please note that your order will not be shipped until bank authorization has been approved.
